Tulane University is the sole owner of the various Newcomb trademarks and has taken appropriate action to prevent their unlawful use. In issuing the cease and desist letter to The Future of Newcomb College, Inc., Tulane is following its standard practice of protecting its trademarks.

We are pleased that the Future of Newcomb College, Inc. has decided to comply with all of the conditions of Tulane's cease and desist letter. By complying with Tulane's request, including the removal from their website of all goods with the infringing trademarks, The Future of Newcomb College, Inc. has acknowledged Tulane’s ownership.
